Arcade Beta Terms

Last updated: April 29, 2026

By accessing or using the Arcade beta (the “Beta”), you agree to these terms. They apply alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If anything conflicts, these Beta terms control for your use of the Beta.

1. Beta nature

The Beta is a pre-release version of Arcade. It may contain bugs, change without notice, lose data, or be unavailable at times. Don’t rely on it for anything important or for production use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s consent if you’re younger. We may accept or reject Beta participants at our discretion.

3. Your license to use the Beta

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Beta for personal evaluation. You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Beta;
  • use it to build a competing product;
  • use it for illegal activity or to harass others;
  • attempt to disrupt the Beta or other users’ access to it.

4. Sharing and feedback

You’re free to share your experience publicly — screenshots, posts, reviews, etc. — with two exceptions:

  • if we explicitly mark something as confidential, keep that item private;
  • report security vulnerabilities to security@arcade.fyi before disclosing them publicly, and give us reasonable time to address them.

By submitting feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use them for any purpose, with no obligation or attribution to you.

5. Your data

Your content remains yours. We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy, with these additions for the Beta:

  • we collect usage data and diagnostics to improve the product;
  • don’t upload regulated or highly sensitive information (health records, financial account details, government IDs, etc.).

6. No warranties

The Beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Beta will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the Beta. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Beta will not exceed US $100.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits; in those places, the limits apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

You can stop participating at any time by discontinuing use or emailing beta@arcade.fyi. We may suspend or end the Beta, or your access to it, at any time and for any reason. Sections 4, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

The Beta runs from April 30, 2026 to May 15, 2026, unless extended or ended earlier.

9. Changes and general terms

  • We may update these terms. We’ll notify you of material changes; continued use after notice means you accept the update.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
  • If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
  • You may not assign these terms; we may.
  • These terms, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, are the full agreement between us regarding the Beta.
